Veteran of HQ Battery 1/83rd Artillery 1966-1967.

Robert Anthony Swiggett, 75, of Stanton, VA, passed away Thursday, August 29, 2019 at his residence.

Born February 2, 1944, in Washington DC, to the late Floyd Preston and Mary Frances Hemp Swiggett.

Survivors include his wife, Anna Lee Grimes Swiggett; son, Robert P. Swiggett II; step-daughter, Donna Rhafiri; step-son, David Bartlebaugh; and sister, Mary Frances Meyer.

Graveside services with Military Honors will be held on Tuesday, September 3, 2019, at 1:00 PM at Arbovale Cemetery with Pastor David Rittenhouse officiating.
