Veteran of "A" Battery, 1/83rd Artillery 1967-1968

Mike was born on 7/27/1945 and was a resident of Rocklin, CA. He passed away on 1/31/2023. 

He served with "A" Battery from September 1967 to August 1968. Initially assigned as an FDO, he later became the Battery XO under Captains Chuck Fleming and then John Yore. He was with the 1/83rd in Nui Dat, Vietnam and when the 1/83rd moved north to the I Corps area of Operations.

Mike's death was sudden, after suffering with heart issues for several years.

Mike is survived by his wife, Julie Jalone and children Michael Jalone, Kevyn Jalone, Mark Jalone and Sara Jalone.

Mike had requested that no Obituary or Funeral be plannned.
