Paul Stanton Griffith, age 78, proud Vietnam veteran passed away Monday, January 24, 2022 after a battle with cancer. He served his country both as a captain in the US Army and as an IRS Criminal Investigation Special Agent.

Later, he went on to teach at Northwestern Business College and travel the world with his amazing wife, Carol. Beloved husband of the late Carol (Homerding) Griffith. Only son of the late Edward Stanton and Ruby (Reick) Griffith. Dear stepfather to David (Angela) Sizemore and Diana (Donald) Robertson. Admired brother of the late Gail (Emil) Carlson, the late Mary Louise (Michael) Tague, and Susan (Leonard) Paluch. Grateful brother-in-law to Paul (Regi) Homerding.

Cherished grandfather to Destiny Trippiedi and Arlo and Ethan Robertson. Caring uncle to Jennifer, Eric, and Krista Carlson, Mark, Andrew Stanton, and Halley Paluch, Susan and Douglas Homerding, and Elizabeth and Sara Tague. Fond and faithful friend to many.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 28, 2022; from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Vandenberg Funeral Home, 19604 Wolf Road Mokena, IL.

Interment to be planned at a later date.
