Paul D. Polski - Born July 27, 1943, Deceased September 18, 2007

Veteran of 1/83rd Artillery 1967-1968.

He was the beloved husband of Darlene (Routsis) Polski with whom he celebrated their 24th wedding anniversary on June 19th. He was the son of the late Paul J. and Helen T. (Brennan) Polski. He was a lifelong Lowell resident, having resided in the Pawtucketville section for over 20 years.

A veteran of the Vietnam War, he served in the US Army from 1966 to 1968 and was the recipient of the Bronze Star. He was a member of the American Legion Post 247 in Tyngsboro.

Prior to his retirement, he was employed with St. Joseph Cemetery in E. Chelmsford for a brief time and was also a landscaper and mason in the Lowell area for many years. Paul was an avid bowler and golfer along with his wife Darlene.

Besides his wife, he is survived by three sisters, Pauline Cabral and Patricia Polski, both of Lowell and Barbara Frediani of Hudson, NH; a niece, Pam (Frediani) McCafferty of Chelmsford and Greg Frediani of Pepperell; also a brother-in-law, David Routsis of Lowell. He was the brother of the late Frances "Frani" Grand.
