Sandy's son, LT Brian Ray, USN

Brian took a group of students from the Military Academies on a tour of Viet Nam. They traveled south from Hue on QL1 and stopped at the bottom of the FSB Roy hill. The NVA build a monument to their victory over the South at the bottleneck on QL1 between Roy and the hill across the highway.
